About our home

Wonderful property situated in the centre of Umbria with views down two valleys. In close proximity to Cortona, Arezzo, Perugia, Siena, Lake Trasimeno , Assisi, and Gubbio, and in the heart of all the Renaissance Italian treasures. Comfortable with a large pool, 11th century chapel and grotto. Only available to rent in the high season, June, July, August and September, but long term swaps for the rest of the year.

More about us

  1. Nikki's two children were born in Rome, where she lived for eight years with her late husband. She also lived in South Africa for ten years, so the family is a much travelled unit!

  2. Nikki is an artist, loves history and architecture, theatre, films and literature. Bill loves beautiful views, the sea, museums, cinema, historic houses and classic cars.

  3. I love travel, keen to escape English winters!
