Beautifully Restored Apartment in Italy

I bought my Italian rural retreat a couple of years ago and rennovated it completely. There are exposed beams throughout and whitewashed walls with traditional old floors. The apartment is on the ground and first floor of an old palazzo in the beautiful old medieval town of Offagna in the Marche region of central Italy.
The apartment consists of an old country- style sitting room with an American-style galley kitchen. At the end of the kitchen is an old stone 'grotta' (cave) which is supremely cool during the hot summer months. The grotta is made of stone and has been beautifully restored. It can be used as an additonal living space or for storage.
Upstairs, there is one large bedroom with views down to the sea and over to the opposite hills.The bedroom has a double bed and cupboards,
Next to the bedroom, there is a refurbished bathroom with a newly installed shower, sink and bidet.
Offagna is 10 minutes away from the main port of the region, Ancona, on the Adriatic coast (east coast). You can take boats to Greece and Croatia from here.
The beautiful beaches of Sirolo and Porto Nuovo are a 15-minute drive away in the car, and you can round off a perfect day at the beach by returning to Offagna and dining in its two excellent restaurants: the pizzeria: 'Sotto La Rocca', known for its pizzas or the elegant 'Il Cresciolo', set within the city walls where you can eat and drink typical wine and food of the region.
