More about us

Simona and Edoardo are two newlyweds, both lawyers in their thirties. We just moved in New York. We will be happy to exchange our home with someone special who will love to have a beatiful time in Sardinia and benefit from our efforts to make our home nice and comfortable. We will use the same care and love with your house. Our interests are music, literature, art and movies. Simona paints and Edoardo is taking a Ph.D. at the Univeristy of Rome in constitutional law.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

The apartment is located in a very nice residential area. The sea is at 200 meters from the apartment. In the area you can enjoy several uncontaminated beaches and beautiful transparent sea water.
The beach directly faces Corsica making the area the perfect location in Sardinia. You will have the possibility to make beautiful boat trips to Corsica or along the Sardinia beaches which are among the most beatiful in the world. The residential area has grocery stores, a tobacconist and other shops which allow you to stay on the beach without ever using a car. However, if you want more restaurants and shops you can go to Santa Teresa di Gallura which is a small city just four miles away or you can go to Olbia which is a larger city less than an hour away by car.
