The countryhouse is a cozy farmhouse completely restored. Located on the beautiful hills of Umbria, next to Tuscany, is the perfect house for a vacation. Close to an other house, also available for rent, has a lovely garden and a big swim pool shared with an other big country villa

Ideal for a couple, a family or a group of friends is the perfect gateway, easy to reach from the small but international airport of Perugia.
The strategic location, close to Tuscany and only few minutes away from areas of interest like Perugia (20 minutes), Lake Trasimeno (20 minutes) and the historic well preserved Borgo of Panicale (10 minutes), allows guests to experience art and history as well the tranquility of the countryside and the unique peace of green Umbrian rolling hills. Siena, Firenze, Roma can become day trips as well as Orvieto, Todi.
Lunch or dinner can be eaten in Cortona, only 20 minutes away.
Wineries, golf courts, restaurants and markets are easy to reach.
Tavernelle with markets and shops is the closest Village (5 minutes)
