About our home

Beautiful 3 levels Villa in Porto Cervo, Emerald Coast with a big garden that surrounds the house, a parking lot, a barbecue and a terrazza with sea View. With 4 bedrooms and bathrooms and a max. of 8 sleeps. Can be divided in two separate apartments with separate entrances. Has two kitchens, two patios and a big living room. Fiew minutes from the sea and from the centre of Porto Cervo in a very calm and peaceful residential area. No pets accepted, with a cleaner available and suitable for kids.
Recently renovated and 5 minutes from two little beaches.
Vacation home
Available all year apart for August.
We are a couple with two kids who would love to go to Greece, United States and exotic Islands.

In Porto Cervo you must try "Il Belvedere" which is a very beautiful restaurant with sea view of the known Cala di Volpe; then you can go to the Aruãna which is a brazilian meat restaurant or if you're looking for sushi I recommend "Fingers"
Cool bars
You must Visit the "Phi Beach" that with its sunset is really breathtaking
Cozy cafés
For breakfast you can go to Sa Conca or Lu Pasticciu that are two very good bakeries. If you're looking for a good icecream go and check out "La Pasqualina" at the Promenade du Port
Retail therapy
For some retail therapy calm beaches are recommended
