About our home

fourth floor without elevator. 80 sq. meters. 2 bedrooms, kitchen and dining. dish-washer and washing machine. tv, p.c. without adsl , hardwood floor in the whole apartment,
barbecue on the common yard .
in the building other seven families in good relations, a young couple and the others are retired
wonderful sight of open sea, lerici, palmaria island portovenere bay and, on the back, the fortress of portovenere. to reach the apartment 100 steps (or by car from the back)

very silent home, 100 meters to shops, 100 meters to bus stop
200 meters to ferry boat service bound to lerici and cinque terre.
florence is 110 kilometers far, for one day trips.

i am 60 and retired. my mate is 50.
our sons are of full age and live in reggio emilia, the province where we come from.
our interest is jogging, three/four times in a week, swimming and fishing with our little boat at anchor in portovenere
