About our home

Beautiful villa in one of the hottest tourist spots.The best of the southern coast to enjoy the "Italian Panorama".A three-bedroom villa on two floors,furnished in the typical italian sea-side style.Spacious living room and large kitchen-dining area,plus a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets in the afternoons and wonderful dinners in the evening.The best part,though,is the garden built on two levels,equipped with shower and gazebo (with table and chairs)

The villa is situated in a residential condo joint to two more villas on each side.It benefits the best part of the condominium since it's one of only 5 villas overlooking the sea directly.Regarding the trip sea-home, the actual distance is very little but considering the fact that the condo is situated in the Località Foresta,on a hill,it takes about six minutes with the car and 15 minutes by foot,although the walk couldn't be more pleasant thanks to the beautiful mediterranean flora

You may not believe me, so check for yourselves on the various websites (eg. tripadvisor).Plus, being a typical summer vacation spot, Praia a Mare is well set up for every type of entertainment especially if you love a lazy afternoon walk or a fun-filled night-out in the fresh evenings. In addition close by there are the cities of Scalea, San Nicola Arcella,Diamante and Maratea,also very popular.
