About our home

PLEASE NOTE WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING POINTS SWAPS IN 2023

We sympathetically restored our old stone farmhouse in 2007 retaining original features such as beamed ceilings and old terraccotta tiled floors downstairs. It is now a wonderfully comfortable and characterful farmhouse standing on its own rural Italy with 360 degree views. Outside there is lots of space with lawns, a swimming pool, a shady gravel terraces with views of the mountains and a covered loggia for eating outside. Our nearest hill top villages are 5-10 minutes away by car and the Adriatic coast a 40 minute drive

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

The house is set in rural Le Marche in Italy which is perfect for relaxing. There are many pretty medieval hilltop towns to explore a short drive away each with its own character. The beautiful Sibillini mountains with spectcacular views and walking and the Adriatic coast with its long sandy beaches are both 40 minutes drive away. The local restaurants serve unsophisticated but delicious regional Italian food. The coast is worth visiting for safe bathing and freshly cooked fish and pasta

Day tripping
Ascoli Piceno and Assisi are all within reach for day trips. Urbino with its amazing art and architecture is about 2 hours away
