About our home
The apartment is located on the last floor of a 1960's building in a central area of Rome (Piazza Bologna neighbourood) .
It was totally renovated when I bought it in 2013. It has to double bedrooms and one single bedroom. A big living room a kitchenette and a huge deck totally furnished with a weber grill and a sink

Neighbourhood
The neighborood is very quiet and residential, only 200 meters away from one of the main road Via Nomentana and 1,5 km from Tiburtina train station, the second main train and bus hub of Rome.
It is 1.5 Km from a very nice commercial and shopping area, Viale Libia and ten minuites by bus from the Termini Station and the Downtown Rome.
