About our home
Very close to Villa Torlonia, in a quiet, elegant and distingueshed neighborhood, the house is a charming example of the best upper class architecture of the XIX century. From the dinner room you can enjoy an outstanding sight: the villa, old famous liberty mansion (la casa delle civette) and the rosyfinger twilight whose light penetrates among the branches of monumental mediterranean pines: a lot of birds will be singing during your breakfast. The house has one bed room with a double bed and a sofa bed and eventually a portable bed for another person which has to be removed during the day: four people can live there in a quite confortable way. It is very well linked to public transportation: bus stop are very close (few meters) and underground transportation too (at Bologna Square: it is far 400 metres). From here you can reach the archeological main sites in an hour just walking and in 20 minutes by bus and metro. The area is provided by a lot of restaurant and every kind of shop. Carrefour, the best supermarket franchise in town, open 24 hour, is at 15 minutes walking. At home you will find a mega tv (my job required an high standard device of this kind) and toaster and different appliances to steam vegetables and meat and to exctract juice from fruits and vegetables.
