HOME SWEET ROME

cozy apartment (90 m2) just renovated downtown of Roma. the apartment is located in a private housing estate with many gardens and trees that guarantee you silence, safety and a relaxing atmosphere in the centre of the city. There is a janitor every day and we own a private parking place just beneath the apartment where you can live your car, motorcycle or bycicles. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (with elevator) and it comprises 2 bedrooms (1 with a king size bed and 1 with 2 single beds), one large livingroom (with a kingsize sofabed), a kitchen and two large balconies (where you can also have breakfast, lunch or dinner). Everything is very functional and full equipped (kitchen, bathroom, ...) because this is our main home! You can even have Nespresso every morning with our professional coffee machine. If you come during summer you could get refreshment in our garden or switching on our air conditioning (located in every room of the apartment)

Note: there is a huge TV facing the large living room sofas which allows you to view movies almost like in the theatre. We have also a large collection of movies. high speed wifi is availabl. on request you can have our housekeeper at your expencies.

The apartment is in the district of Nuovo Salario, full of supermarkets, good bakeries, bars, shops, restaurants and pizzerias; very close to the subway station (conca d'oro), airport-train station (nuovo salario) and to many buses stops. Buses and subway are 2-5 minutes walking distance. 5 minutes walking distance there is the greatest fresh fruit and vegetables market of Rome.
