“Ermy is a nice guy. The problem is that his main interest is airB&B. He attracts people from Lovehomeswap with this nice picture of his best apartment. But when you get there you get another apartment that is very different from this one. He did try to take good care of us - within the limits of his own goals-. But because he does AirB&B, he cannot not offer Lovehomeswap what it stands for. I'm sorry I can't make anything more out of this. ”

“The best thing about the apartment is its location. It is quiet, air-conditioned and though the state of decoration and furnishing is rather tired, it made a good base for exploring Rome. It appears to be one of several properties belonging to Ermanno, not the one we signed up for and whose picture we liked. This is all OK-ish, but do not expect the experience of coming into a home - this is a business and the apartment is rented out constantly. Ermanno took the trouble to send a great list of restaurants and tips for Rome and came to greet us at the apartment. However, as we were departing and were meeting him to hand over the keys he was 25 minutes late, making us stressed about reaching the airport on time. He said he had been delayed on the phone, but a text should always be possible when a punctual departure is required. ”

“We could not be happier with the home exchange we made with Ermanno and Daniela! The position is unbeatable: Right by the Pantheon and Piazza Navona. (I have lived in Rome six years and I know it very well. There is no city in the world where living in the historic center, could be more important than in Rome: This allows you to avoid hours of useless and tired travels as you have the privilege of going on foot everywhere), in fact being in such a central location gave us the opportunity to rent a bike from next door and explore the city with different angle. The house is very comfortable and charming; perfect for 5 people. Thanks to Ermanno’s guidance tips, our trip was an unforgettable experience. He helped us in every way possible from pick up at the airport to suggestions on what to do, see, and places to eat. We had the opportunity to share a very nice drink with them and we talked about our families, work and of course about our swaps! As guests Ermanno and Daniela were equally wonderful, our Menorca’s house was spotless, and we felt always very comfortable having them in our house. We highly recommend this beautiful apartment .
