About our home

the house is in a historic neighborhood,closed to roman Aurelian walls, one of the most vibrant and living of Rome, with bars, restaurants and pizzerias, attended by many young college students of the university "La Sapienza" the biggest one of italy.
the home is quiet and very cozy in a building with elevator.
Spread over two floors:
-on the lower floor (the third floor building) there is a large living room and kitchen with fireplace,satelit-tv, stereo, a bathroom and a beautiful terrace where you can have breakfast and relax.
- On the top floor (the fourth floor building) is reserved for the sleeping area with two large bedrooms, one nice studio with sofa-bed and a big bathroom with bath and shower.
The rooms are spacious, bright and quiet.
the house is equipped with all the comforts (TV satellit , wi fi, air conditioning, washing machine etc. ..).
We're a couple of 68 and 58 years old, a great traveler Franco retired and Filena a physiotherapist.
