Modern penthouse near Venice, Treviso and Jesolo

Our apartment is 140 sm and is housed on the top two floors of a modern and recently building, overlooking a villa twentieth century. The position to the south makes the rooms very bright, with a beautiful view over the city. The fourth floor has two bedrooms with terrace, a bathroom, a laundry, kitchen, living room and two covered terraces where you can eat in summer. The fifth floor is a mansard with a studio, a bedroom, a bathroom and a closet.
We have recently purchased, so for the moment only one of the three bedrooms is furnished.
The apartment has a different comfort (air conditioning, washer, dryer, internet wifi, etc..), All the furniture is new. The kitchen has the induction cooker, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and a coffee machine to make a wonderful espresso, as we like Italian.
The building has a lift. There is the possibility of having a car covered parking level -1.

Our apartment is located in the immediate center of San Dona di Piave, along a tree-lined street, just a few steps from the train station and 800 meters from the bus station. There is a nice local market on Monday morning. Nearby is a supermarket, a cafeteria, and an excellent restaurant with pizzeria. The city is safe, clean and welcoming, so that it was recognized nationally for floral ornaments of public spaces. For lovers of cycling and jogging, there are many parks and bike paths, some of which lead to the sea (Jesolo).
You can make memorable day trips in the beautiful Venice (30 minutes by train) or between the magnificent foreshortenings of Treviso (30 minutes by car or bus). Other no less interesting destinations are the towns of Jesolo and Caorle beach (30 minutes by car or bus), the cities of Padua and Verona (just over an hour by train) or the Dolomites for those who love the mountains .

We are young couple without children. Alessandro (31) is a technician in the construction industry and often works in the great works around Italy, Silvia (29) is a banking clerk.
We love listening to music and watching nontrivial movies. We like reading, travelling and immerse ourselves in other cultures.
We have no pets, but we love them.
We love these places and our apartment and we would like to share them with others.
