About our home

In the splendid setting of the Pale di San Martino, in the Dolomites "World Heritage", the residence Villa Helga is a reality in modern mountain design with a clever combination stone-wood absolutely respectful of the natural environment.
A suite of 60 square meters is rented in the residence on the second floor (with elevator), consisting in one bedroom apartment with furniture and wood paneling recovered from the floor of a 1800s barn, which recalls the architectural lines outside.
The bedroom has a King Size bed.
In the living room, with a sofa bed, a television is available; the kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an induction cooking plate, a microwave and a dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower with stone cladding and a window.
A large terrace, accessible both from the living room and the bedroom, offers a beautiful view of the Pale and the colors of the sunset, with the possibility to use the BBQ.
A parking space is available in the underground garage (with heated ramp), served by the elevator as well.
Outside the apartment there's a bus stop of the ski bus, which arrives in 4 minutes to the parking lot of Ces ski resort and in 10 minutes to the start of Tognola ski resort.
The residence is located 100 meters from the ski lifts of the Pra delle Nasse, the starting point for wonderful excursions in summer, 100 meters from the town center.
