Great winter offers The Villa 'Under the Olives', was the ex-imperial residence, in Liguria of the famous British Consul Hope. It is placed in an exclusive and luxurious zone of principally Belle Epoque villas 5 minutes to town. In a commanding position overlooking the Mediterranean, the villa has been altered only to add comfort, otherwise the colonial style of great elegance remains, enhanced by beautiful antique furniture and modern appliances. The villa is enriched by the use of marble and parquet. Running outside the whole of the front, is a large seaward looking terrace of over 100 m. Private and tranquil, the enormous terrace overlooks its beautiful park which runs down towards the sea. Here there is every sort of fruit tree, peaches, banana and nespole abound in this paradise of tropical plants. There is private parking for over ten cars, the whole of the villa is air conditioned. The villa is surrounded by high walls and electric gates and offers security, elegance and beauty.
