About our home

Our lovely home has been renewed with usefull details and energy saving systems . In the basement floor there's a cellar, a usefull laundry with dryer and a garage. In the first floor we have 2 bedrooms , a kitchen and a living that opens directly to the garden . In the second floor we organised a b&b with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen with living and a bathroom ( www.bblavilletta.it ) . During summer time it'r very relaxing to spend the day in the garden because we are in a residential area . We don't need air conditioning because in summer temperature never goes over 26°. In 5 minutes walk we can reach downtown with shops, caffees, pharmacy, doctor, banks and so on . Our town is very close to the highest mountain of all Appennines , but also 17 km from Maranello ( Ferrari car ) , 35 km from Modena ( the city of Pavarotti, Balsamic vinegar , Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese ) , 60 km from Bologna , 200 km from Milano and Venice .
