About our home

Usually we rent our holiday houses, but we like to exchange too!!!!!
we are open to all destinations, we are a family of 2 adults and 2 girls 14 and 18 years old. July 2007 we are going to go in California thanks Homeexchange and March 2008 we'll see New York.2008 in New York (Brooklin) 2009 Mexico Jucatan ,Playa del Carmen , 2010 Madrid and Sicily, 2011 Sicily once again and Rome

A cottage with pool close to and two houses in an Umbrian hamlet, a farmer fortified medieval castle of the 13th century, in a quiet position near a little lake surrounded by woodlands 14 km from the historical centre of Spoleto.

The village among green hills is today and old and quite market which maintains intact its original structure, with a beautiful Romanesque church, a tower and the ancient town doors, inside which 40 farmers still live their old traditions.

live here is more than an holiday, but is to live for some days in a true italian hamlet

Cottage Le Casaline: covered furnished terrace - sitting/dining room with open fireplace - kitchen with cooker, oven and fridge - garden (2000 m²) - covered and furnished gazebo on the lawn - swimming pool (10x4 mt) .

Giovanna's House: living/dining room with fireplace and colour TV - kitchen with oven and freezer- two terraces - reserved parking under the house - oil fired heating.

Marianna's House: living/dining room with large fireplace - kitchen with oven - outdoor area with benches. Within eight hundred metres is a grocery store for immediate shopping, other shops and restaurants 3 km far away in the village of Baiano. From this strategic position it is possible to explore the ancient cities of Umbria with ease. Spoleto, which was a Roman colony is approximately thirteen kilometres distant and held here annually is Europe’ s leading arts festivals during June and July. Todi, first Etruscan and then Roman looks down over the Tiber valley fifteen kilometres away. From the rail station just three kilometres away, Rome centre is reached in an hour and ten minutes.

Grocery (open sunday) 800 mt. Restaurants 100 mt. Pharmacy, bank and post office km 5.
