Daytrip to an inland Lake try Lake Osiglia up in the mountains (approx. 50 min drive.) canoe hire, walking or cycling path around the lake partly in the shade under wood trees. Great for kids. Bathing opportunity on small sandy beaches by the lake. Take a picnic or bbq available near small car park at the beginning of the lake.

Good family-friendly pizzerias/restaurants and cafes in Toirano or head to
Loano, Finale, Verezzi or Alassio for trendy bars, live music, open-air restaurants by the beach and boutiques.
