About our home

My home is comfortable, bright and spacious. There is one bedroom with a double bed and a fireplace, a large living room with fireplace and a balcony overlooking a nice square, a study with a sofa bed where I have the computer, printer ecc. Also this room has a balcony overlooking the square. A second study with fireplace can be converted in dining room. The kitchen is large and 4 or 5 people can easily eat in.
The appartment is situated at second floor of a 1800's building with elevator.

More about us

  1. I'm Daniela and I live in the apartment alone. I'm 72. I was psychologist psychotherapist and now I'm retired. I love to travel and I love homes, so I think that the exchange home is the best way to travel and know places. I can travel with a friend, with my sister or alone.

Neighbourhood

Situated in the 'quadrilatero romano', the heart of the historic center of Turin, the apartment is at walking distance from the most important sites as Palazzo Reale, Museo di Arte Orientale (MAO), Museo del Cinema - situated in the Mole Antonelliana, symbol of the city - Museo Egizio - the oldest and the most important in the world after the one in Cairo - and the wonderful squares and cafés. The neighborhood is very alive with any kind of restaurants and caffees and next to the biggest market in Europe -Porta Palazzo- where you can find from fresh food to everything you can imagine! Not less important, all the buses and tram are at walking distance from the apartment and they can bring you everywhere, to the river, to the hills, to other important museums and places. The two main train stations are very close so you can easily spend a day in the mountains or at the sea.
