Mine is a wonderful and quaint Guest house. It is small but bijoux !! It is very comfy it has 1.5 Bathroom. The bedroom is in the open loft with an en-suite bathroom upstairs, powder room in the bottom with the washing machine, in the living area. There is a double sofa bed but if we are swapping two bedrooms I can also add a bed to the studio apartment in the ground floor. The Studio Apartment has a kitchenette wth a private bathroom. The house is idyllic, it has beautiful grounds, a nice swimming pool that is shared with the main house and a Koi fish pond in the lower grounds.
The Kitchen in the guest house is complete and it has central heating as well as a fire place, a lovely terrace to eat al fresco with a grapevine in the summer time. The guesthouse and the lower Studio have an independent entrance and you can park you car under the park port. Utilities maybe charged on the side as you consume the gas, water and electricity.
Depending on the Weather my swimming pool is usually open by June 15th and it is to be shared shared with the main house, But if I am in London it will be shared very little.
The Guest House is semi detached from my main house, and as I said before has its own entrance.
