Tuscany Country Side Beauty & Peace

Here is a portion of a tipycal tuscan country house built at the end of the 17th century and recently renovated. Divided in four apartments each one with its own privacy and outside space for barbecue and relax. Top location for country lovers, wine and olive oil and good food but also for those who like to visit other towns/ historical sites(Siena and Firenze 1.30 hr drive, Volterra and San Gimignanno 1hr drive) and the seaside!. We suggest to rent a car cause it's the best way to enjoy the area. But in case you just want to stay here in the country no problem! you have a train station few kilometers away and a local farm that supplies vegetables, wine, oil, honey and everything you need just few steps from here.
The area is very well known for the wine producers. Few kilometers from here we have Bolgheri and its great wine producers such as Ornellaia and Sassicaia(but also more affordable ones..). We have a wine producer also few steps from home where we regularly buy wine and vegetables and fruits. Even for a short period of stay, you will get the feel of this magic land, once land of the Eturians. Recommended for all those who want to relax and forget the city for a while. The house is located half way between the villages of Castagneto Carducci and Bolgheri. But If you are interested in swimming you can reach the seaside in only ten minutes: that is marina di castagneto and it's pretty village on the sea. If you drive let's say 30 minutes you will be in fabulous Baratti Gulf and Populonia village: The Magnificent Etrurian Coast, my favourite. Same distance you have another beautiful beach with white sand and crystal water: Sterpaia, a oasis wwf area of pine trees where you can relax next to the sea.
