About our home
Apartment is located on the third and last floor of a nineteenth-century building a 5-minute walk from Rialto and 10 from San Marco. It is furnished in a modern style with exposed beams and leads directly to the terrace where you can relax in the evening with a good glass of wine and enjoy the cool of the summer evenings. The bedroom features a 160 * 200 double bed with a very comfortable memory foam mattress and a desk. Adjacent to the room a living room (with a sofa) with television. There are 2 rooms of the children. In the house lives a dog some days per week, but we don't leave it with the guests! If you are allergic the house is not suitable.

Where is it?
Neighbourhood
The district of Cannaregio goes from the station to S Giovanni and Paolo and San Marco, the area of the apartment is very quiet, full of neighborhood shops. Just a short distance away there is a bakery, a supermarket, fruit and vegetables and other shops. There are also many places where you can find excellent "cicchetti" (small tapas) and good wine, as well as various traditional and listed restaurants.
