About our home

totally renovatedjust renovated lovely flat in Venice
5 minutes to train station and 10 minutes to Piazzale Roma
enjoy the most famous romantic city in the world in a small, comfortable, just renovated flat. Right in the city center but just over the noisy and overcrowded main street. 1 bedroom with big queen-size bad, one living room with a comfortable sofa double bed, 1 kitcken and one brand new bathroom.

just 5 minutes walking to the train station and the main Fondamenta Nuova, the house is in a very quite area where you could have the luck to see some locals and enjoy some tipical little restaurant into the Ghetto (a really tipical area). On the other heand it's also really cole to the train station (important when there are no cars to catty the bagage!) and to the main streets to go to Piazza San Marco.

We are a family of three: Elisabetta (50), Eleonora (23), Elisa (18)
Elisabetta works in an office, Eleonora is studing media at university and Elisa is at the las year in high school.
We all love to travel a lot and get the odd idea that to be a tourist is not enough to understand a place. That's why we love the idea of swapping house.
We hope that by swapping our home with yours we will get an insider's view of your country and way of life.

“We had a wonderful time in Barbara's lovely home, in October 2013. It is situated in the most interesting area.....wonderful scenery, terrific wineries, great little villages, and just the most friendly people!! We were taken care of by friends of Barbara which made our trip so special. We spent a month here and were so sorry to have to leave! It just felt like home! And our house was perfect when we returned home. We would certainly recommend this home and Barbara for an exchange to anyone who wished to be in the Adelaide area.”
