A typical Tuscany ( Versilia ) terraced sea house

Only 30' by car from Pisa Airport and 45' from Florence Airport, Viareggio is at the heart of the most outstanding and famous area of the World, thanks to its artistic, cultural and enviromental heritage. The maritime zone where Viareggio is located, named Versilia, is one of the most renowned one of the entire Tuscany, and it had been the decent dwelling of eminent talents, as Giacomo Puccini, Giosuè Carducci, Gabriele D'Annunzio. Even Percy Bysshe Shelley's remains lie there.

Therefore, Viareggio, the pearl of Versilia, is suitable for families and for the youth either. Its two opposite strengths, the amusing one (the glorious night life) and the relaxing one (the widest beaches of all Tusacany) totally merge and balance.
With its 30 kms of either equipped and free beaches, and its old pine forests, Viareggio is also well renowned for its traditional food culture: after having enjoyed the amazing Carnival of Viareggio - the biggest Carnival event in the world alongside Venezia and Rio ones, that normally takes place in February, and exceptionally in August - you could taste typical fresh-made sea dishes and go for a stroll along the famous "Passeggiata".

Our terraced house is located in the city centre, 5' by walk from the seaside and the bus station, 10' by walk from the train station. Easy parking in the adjacent streets.

Our house is a typical "viareggina" one, a very fresh place in the heat of the summer that has just been renovated in a "Navy" style. 6 beds (the double bedroom is equipped with TV, air conditioner and a little terrace), comfortable living room, two restrooms with shower, small courtyard with washing and barbecue area. Bicycles and small safebox also included.
