Big beautiful house with pool outside of Rome

PLEAS NOTE, THAT IN JULY AND AUGUST OUR HOUSE IS FULLY BOOKED.

Our house is in the north of Rome, 35 km but next to the beautiful lake Bracciano. The little town is called Monetrosi, there are all shops you need, pharmacy, bars, restaurantes and playground for children. We do have a bus stop just 50 meters in front of the house where every 30 minutes a bus takes you to Rome center.

There is a small apartment for max. four people, one kitchen, one double bedrooms, one buck bed bedroom, bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet, bidet and a dining room at the ground floor.

First and second floor is the main house. Huge Veranda with glassfront, large kitchen, big dining room and bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet, at the first floor. There is a large sofa where also one person can sleep.

2. floor we have 2 double bedrooms, one bedroom with a buck bed where up can sleep two children and down one person and one single bedroom. Two bathrooms with shower and bath, balcony. So there is a max. stay for 8 people.

We provide all towels and bed linen. If you need a cleaning woman we help you out. the lady costs 12 Euro an hour.

Outside the house are two patios one open and one with a roof next to a BBQ. Both with tables and chairs. The garden is huge and we can offer all fruit trees you can imagine: cherry, persimmons, apricots, prunes, pears, figs, olives, ringlots, nuts ....And it depends on what season you come to visit us, you can reap.

There is big pool in the garden with a patio for the shadow, chairs and sunbeds. If you want to make sport in the water we have a nice spinning bicycle for the pool. There is also a BBQ at the poolside.Privat parking at the ground of course.

So you can have the the apartment only, the house only or the entire property. If you pay in points it would be 100 for the apartment, 200 for the main house and 300 for the whole property. In case you need just one part please note, that it might be possible that you have to share the pool and the garden with other guests. But just pool and garden!

Please note that we charge 100 Euro for final cleaning. We also ask 200 Euro deposit on the first day which you will get back on your last day.
We also offer a transfer from the airport to the house, as it is 70 km it will cost 100 Euro both ways.
