Our Villa is in Siena's countryside (35km from Siena). In just one hour of car you can visit all the Tuscany.

The Villa is managed by the owners who want to offer to their guests a "happy holiday", close to nature but with the comforts of modern living.
You can choose to relax by the Villa, enjoying the swimming pool and the garden, or discover the cultural, scenic and culinary Siena and its province as well as the Maremma, Florence and all the Tuscany.
Villa Renata is a detached villa for the exclusive use of guests. It is located on the edge of the village residential area of ​​Monticiano (dirt road about 400 meters), in the green countryside but close to other country houses (about 200/300 meters) and the town limits.
The villa has been completely renovated in 2001 in an ancient artifact, and he has kept intact the charm, which is transmitted admiring chestnut beams, terracotta and Tuscan stone. The villa in 2010 was further enhanced with comforts such as Jacuzzi.
The villa is for sole and exclusive use of the guests, ideal for a family or group of friends.
It spreads over one floor for about 170 square meters divided into 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a lounge living area and kitchen.
There is also a large patio equipped with a wood oven and barbecue.
Villa Renata overlooks the valley of the countryside and woods of the Val di Merse, wonderful views that can be admired from about 1 hectare park and the beautiful private swimming pool with ecological natural salted water. The Villa is also known as "the San Galgano terrace" for the beautiful view it offers, in fact admire the Abbey of San Galgano and the hermitage of Monte Siepi where it is preserved the sword that San Galgano in 1100 stuck in the rock. It is assumed that it was this event that gave rise to the legend of King Arthur. On summer evenings the Abbey lit for artistic events offers a magical show of music and lights, you can also reach San Galgano by a pleasant walk in the woods (about 40 minutes).
