About our home

Situated in an elevated position with sea views, our detached house is a 5 minute walk to the beach. Set in a quiet residential private road, the shops and fantastic restaurants of St Helier (the capital of Jersey) are a five minute walk the other way.

Our family home was completely refurbished in 2008 and offers comfortable and spacious living. Downstairs there is a large open plan kitchen / diner with sea views, living room with plenty of relaxed seating, study and toilet. Upstairs there are two large double bedrooms, one with queensize bed and ensuite and the other with triple bunkbeds. There are two further single bedrooms and a family bathroom.

There is a large wrap around garden with plenty of space for football, table tennis or sunbathing.

Where is it?

Jersey is the biggest of the Channel Islands, sitting just 19 miles from the French coast (St Malo) and 85 miles south of the English coast (Poole and Portsmouth). Jersey is only 5 miles long and 9 miles wide but there is plenty to do and see.

It has a wealth of beaches and coastline activities on offer, making it ideal for surfing and watersports. The north and east coasts are scattered with rock pools ideal for children, whilst the south and west are lined by golden sandy beaches with bright blue waters worthy of the Mediterranean.

Jersey is far more than just seaside fun, with plenty of fascinating landmarks and historical sites waiting to be explored including a ruinous 14th Century castle and Britain’s first concrete lighthouse.

Being located on the outskirts of St Helier there is plenty to do within walking distance. St Helier is full of good shops, great bars and restaurants (2 of which are Michelin starred).
