“A huge, serene house with great view over the surrounding countryside. We loved sitting on the veranda and watching birds and the occasional monkey. We used the house as a base and got taxis to explore Crescent Island, Hells gate & Njorno. Lake Navisha was teeming with birds & hippos. And our walk on crescent island a real highlight. We had some great walks from the doorstep including on up through the forest in Meru with a great guide. A special place! ”

Heath's reviews
As a host (4)“I came with my yoga group of 11 and our stay was perfect! The accommodation is beautiful, spacey and so so peaceful! It’s definitely off the beaten track, which offers a peace you won’t find elsewhere. The property owners are so accommodating and answered all our questions in a flash. They also gave us great advice on Kenya! We highly recommend this swap!”
“Heath's property at Morendati was just fabulous. It was an exciting drive off the main road to the house and we had no idea what to expect. It was all amazing, the welcome by his family, the beautiful surroundings, walking around Meru, day excursions to Naivasha, Crescent Island, Nakuru and many others. Every evening returning 'home' to lovely night time sounds, comfy beds and very clean kitchen and home. We felt very priviledged to be able to stay at Heath's house. Thank you.”
“Heath's home was a total surprise to us, the amount of space inside and out, beautiful and conveinent location and exactly what we needed for our vacation! The house is very spacious, spotlessly clean, great views, and very comfortable, clean linen on the beds. Hy husband and two teenage children spent a week here and did daily excursions in the Naivasha area, Crecent Island, Crater Lake Sanctuary, Mount Longanot and also to Lake Nakuru, all possible as day trips from Heath's home. We did have a couple of days at the property, exploring by foot and chilling on the amazing veranda. We also did a lovely guided walk around Malu the neighbouring reserve. The guide was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and fascinating. Heath's parents were very welcoming and Kiprono who takes care of the property was super. Very much recommended as a holiday destination.”
