We have 2 houses for exchange in Luang Prabang. One is a beautiful small bungalow, good for 2 persons with a nice balcony on the river Nam Khan... Very quiet place. Included is hot water shower, with fridge and small stove. Internet. Cleaning lady available. You come in it is clean, you leave and don t have to clean anything. This one is next to Dyen Sabai Restaurant in Vat Phan Louang. To get into town, you can cross the bamboo bridge 10 months a year (from november to august) or take our free shuttle boat for the rest of the year.

We also have a 3 bedrooms house that is also available, but not all the time . It has Internet and cable TV. This one is in Ban Mung gna near My Dream Resort and the old metal bridge.

Where is it?

Luang Prabang is an Unesco town, it has kept its charms and is still traditionnal. The Lao people are very charming and it could be very interesting to know a new culture.
Now for the bungalow, on dry season you can just cross a bridge to town (from Nov. to august) and on wet season you can use our free boat with driver from noon to 11 pm to town. You can also ride bicycles to town. A motorbike can be available if owner not in town at the same time. The Bungalow is located next door to Dyen Sabai restaurant with local food.
The house with the 3 bedrooms is in Ban Mung Gna, between Dyen sabai restaurant and the old metal bridge.
