About our home

We moved into our home 4 years ago and so everything is nice and new. I am very house proud although with 4 kids! It is lovely and spacious for all of us with a separate play area and computer area. Rather large compared to Maltese standards. Our kitchen is lovely and bright since we spend so much time there. We have all the usual mod cons except a dishwasher as my husband enjoys washing up!

More about us

  1. Hi, I am Rebecca and I work in a bank. My husband, Mark works in health&safety with a local firm and is currently subcontracted by the Americas Cup yachting race and so alot of travelling for him!. We have 4 lovely kids, 3 girls and a boy. Jake is the oldest(10), tiffany is 9, Jessica is 7 and Kimberly is 2. We are all very active and love spending days out in the countryside. Kids all have several activities after school which they enjoy taking part in are very well behaved as long as they get their daily dose of exercise!

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

We live in a nice and quiet village- Manikata in the northern part of Malta. We are surrounded by the 'Majjistral park' which is lovely for long walks around the coast or horse-riding. We are within walking distance of Golden Bay, a very popular beach with us Maltese and foreigners alike both in winter and more so in summer. A car is essential since we only have one small shop in our village and all tourist and historic attractions are far off. We are happy to exchange our Citroen/Mazda.
