About our home

Our house is a very convenient and comfortable one level house that opens onto a large garden with flowers and tropical trees. The well equipped kitchen opens onto a veranda where we eat all year long. It is a three bedroom house with two bathrooms and some stores next to it for the laundry and the generator. The place is calm and relaxing where we love welcoming friends.

Where is it?

The house is very well situated to visit all the tourist based destinations of Mauritius such as Pamplemousse gardens in the North, the red roof church of Cap Malheureux and its coastal road.
From home, you can also enjoy walks on the beach around "Pointe aux canonniers" and "Mont Choisy" as well as lovely sundowners. We are at 50 meters walk from the sea, a nice sandy beach where children can swim safely while we go snorkeling with the turtles.
You can also enjoy a day cruise to the Northern islands from Grand Bay.

If you want to go further, the airport is at 75 minutes drive. You are 60 minutes far from either Blue Bay, the very South of the island, from Tamarin on the West coast or from "l'Île aux cerfs" on the East one.
