About our home

**** WE CAN ONLY TRAVEL DURING THE SCHOOL HOLIDAYS (+- A FEW DAYS), WHICH ARE IN THE CALENDAR BELOW. WE ARE OPEN TO CLASSIC SWAP OR SWAP FOR POINTS. WE ARE PLANNING ON GOING TO LONDON AND GENEVA IN AUGUST, SO ONLY LOOKING FOR CLASSIC SWAP IN THOSE TWO CITIES DURING THAT TIME. HOWEVER, WE ARE OPEN TO ANYTHING ELSE FOR THE OTHER SCHOOL HOLIDAYS****

Our house was custom built in 2016, with a special emphasis on being kid friendly, entertaining, and having tropical life.
Everything is in one level, no steps or stairs.

It has 4 bedroom and 3 bathrooms, and we have a t.v room with a couch that turns into a double bed, which can be used as an extra bedroom. All bedrooms, including the t.v room, have ceiling fan, air conditioner and can be locked for privacy.

It has a large open plan area comprising of the kitchen with a kitchen island, the living room and dinning room. The tv room can be fully opened into that area too. This whole space opens into the pool and garden.

The house has a guest bathroom, a master bedroom with a walk in closet, en suite bathroom with a bathtub, two bedrooms with a single bed (one of them has a crib as well), a guest bedroom with a double bed, and another bathroom.

There is a big garden with a fenced pool.

The house is ideal for kids and has lots of toys, and books in English, Spanish and French. It has a crib, car seat, small bath for baby, and high chair. Of course groups of grown ups are welcome too, and the toys can be put away.

We have a cleaner that comes 3 times a week at no cost. There is also garden and pool cleaning service.

The house has wifi, satellite tv and smart tv with Netflix.

We are also open to exchange our car, a 2018 Nissan Navara (4x4).
