About our home

A hidden treasure in Oaxaca’s oldest neighborhood. My Mexican retreat consists of two separate living spaces, a patio in between and a giant garden in the back. Pictures don’t do this magical place justice.

Neighbourhood

Xochimilco is the oldest neighborhood in Oaxaca. It is a maze of cobblestone streets and ancient homes. A five minute walk into Centro, the main attractions of the city. It is considered the most attractive neighborhood in the city due to its quiet location and old world charm. Next door we have two great restaurants and a laundry place and convenience store are just up the road. There is also a Children’s Library and the beautiful old aqueduct system.
