Beachfront Caribbean location with 2 pools and private terrace

“We just recently stayed in Perry's lovely condo in Mexico. The location could not have been more beautiful and convenient. We really enjoyed the area's attractions, such as Xcaret and visiting Playa Del Carmen, but what we enjoyed most was relaxing at the gorgeous pools and beach of the gated resort. The snorkeling right off the beach was amazing! There were about 8 to 10 outdoor restaurants to choose from right on the marina where the condo is located and the food was wonderful! On our last day we really enjoyed getting massages at the XPA, a very unique outdoor spa that was absolutely lovely. The Crumes are a wonderful family who were very helpful with providing information and making our stay easy and comfortable. They took great care of our home while they were there as well. I would highly recommend this exchange!”

“Perry and Joanne have a really lovely spot in Puerto Aventuras. It’s ideally situated on a small cove around a dolphin park and several shops and restaurants, so every morning you can have your breakfast watching the dolphins. Their pool is right on the beach, so it was a dilemma whether to swim there or in the sea! We took a quick 10-15 min taxi ride a couple of times into busy and bustling Playa del Carmen, to catch the ferry to Cozumel for the day, and to have dinner - great fun, but then you can escape back to the calm of their place. We had a fabulous time – and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Our place when we returned was immaculate. Thanks Perry and Joanne!”
