“We had a magical week in Bucerias! We loved the large airy penthouse condo and had everything we needed! Sofia was so helpful and we just hit it off and I hope that I get to meet her when they visit our house! She helped us find a cook that came every day and it was amazing to eat a fresh traditional breakfast every morning on the beautiful table on the patio with the sounds of the waves. The pool was great and being right on the ocean was such a treat. One night at sunset we even got to see a paper sea turtle hatch and make his way to the ocean. The staff at the complex are really great and helpful. We popped over to the beach club next door a few times for a fruit drink at sunset and we took some day trips- to check out PV, Yelepa, San Francisco. Bucerias is also a great town to check out the crafts at the market or go get a fresh churro at night, we loved the people so much! Perfecto!”

“Great place located next to the beach in Nuevo Vallarta. The condo sleeps 10 very comfortably and the cleaning and security staff is so friendly. It was very easy to communicate with Sofia and I would highly recommend her condo. The resort next door has a great beach bar and restaurant that we used often.”
“Wonderful vacation home, especially for large groups. Definitely hire Lupita to prepare breakfasts and dinners.”
“We had a wonderful time exploring Nuevo Vallarta and the surrounding area from this light-filled condo just minutes from the beach. It was special for us, an American family, to be in a small condo complex with all Mexican families and a private beach. We made new friends; found the staff (security guards, cleaner, property custodian, gardener) to be exceptionally friendly and helpful; and enjoyed improving our Spanish language skills. Next door is a lovely resort hotel, so if we didn't feel like cooking, we just popped over for a meal or blended tropical drink with an umbrella in it! We also greatly appreciated the warm and helpful communication with our swap family. We shared suggestions, and enjoyed getting to know each other while in each other's homes. Our home was in perfect shape when we returned. We are so grateful to have had this wonderful home exchange experience--much richer and more authentic than if we had stayed in a resort hotel. Muchas gracias y hasta la proxima vez!”
Where is it?
Nuevo Vallarta is a great neighbourhood, it has grown thru the years, and has the best beach around.
There is a small shopping place at the other side of Nuevo Vallarta, with a Starbucks, a little Supermarket, Dominoes, Mc Donalds, and a few local sotres.
There is another small complex at one of the 2 entrance to Puerto Vallarta with a Dolce Vita (Italian Restaurant) and 3 more eating places, and on the street that takes you from the main highway to Nuevo Vallarta you can find a around 8 Restaurants (all kinds and flavors) with convenien stores a long the way.
Our apartment is tuck away at the end of a close street, which has mainly houses, so we don´t have any big hotels around the apartment.
