About our home

One bedroom condo on the beach in Cabo San Lucas. Quiet small, 48 unit, complex. Very relaxing. Complex has it's own swimming pool and tennis court. Walk on the beach, relax at the pool or BBQ for a romantic evening meal.
Self contained one bedroom, one bathroom with living/dining area opening onto patio with view of beach and ocean. Everything you need to cook with. Satellite TV and Internet available at no charge. Washing machines in the complex.

More about us

We are a couple in their 60's who have owned here for 14 years. We live in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. I am a retired school teacher now practicing real estate and my wife is a retired real estate agent.
We normally spend 3 to 4 weeks in Mexico every year and like to travel to other areas.
We have 2 married daughters and 2 grandsons. They all have been to Mexico for numerous holidays.

Situated in San Jose Del Cabo there are numerous restaurants for local and international foods at all levels of price. 300M walk to a full service supermarket for fresh food, bakery, clothing and pharmacy. Buses are always available to go to the local town (10minutes drive) or Cabo San Lucas (30 minutes).
Lots of activities:- swimming, snorkeling, world famous marlin fishing, para gliding, golf. ATVs.
Easy car rental to explore the countryside.
