About our home

Our home is our piece of paradise set between a world match play golf course and the carribean sea. We dine al fresco over looking the pool in our Spanish style villa. We offer 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds on suite, and a third which has our baby Tylers crib, which can be exchanged for a tempory bed which sleeps an extra 2. We also include a maid service twice a week.

More about us

We are Jo, Stu and baby Tyler. We met 7 years ago in the U.K. where we are originally from. Came on holiday 6 years ago and fell in love with our Tropical Paradise. We have spent the last 5 years enjoying the Mexican beach life style of water sports and evening B.B.Q.s Stu especially enjoys big game fishing. I am sure you will no doubt hear his story of how he had a Marlin, of course HUGE, that put up a fight and then...... got away! Life has changed some what since our 1 year old son Tyler was born here in Cancun, so we now spend our days enjoying him at the beach and in the pool. Stu was in Intenational banking and I was a professional dancer. But we put all that behind us as we now are property investors. We therefore can exchange at any time. We enjoy good food and wine shared with good friends. We also love to snow ski. Basically we enjoy life!

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Our home is set in a private gated community, called Playacar, a 10 min walk from the famous 5th Avenue and all its abundance of fine dining and night life. It is a 5 minute walk from the powder white sands and electric blue Carribean beaches. Set on the Playacar golf course. Tulum (rated 1 of the top 10 beaches of the world) is a 40 minute drive away. Our local town has all ammenities i.e. Costco, Walmart, cinemas, private hospitals etc.
