“A stay in the house of Ryan is fabulous one experience. You have a lot of talent for the decoration and your swimming pool give us much pleasure. In front of your house, the sea was beautifullf or relaxing moments and to see beautifull birds Thank you to have welcomed my small family which was enchanted with your house . I recommend your house for all those who wish to spend an unforgettable moment in Chelem, near Merida. Thank you so much Ryan - Thierry and Jema””

“This place was an ABSOLUTE palace. Seriously the pictures don't do it justice. We didn't want to leave it was so nice. Everything was new, high end, and very nicely designed. Our biggest decision of the day was should we sit on the huge deck on off the master and watch the pelicans dive for fish, or should we hang out in the huge backyard with the really nice (and way bigger than it looks) pool or should we sit on the chairs in front yard which is right on the beach and let the kids pick sea shells and listen to the waves. The house has such nice high ceilings and a very nice kitchen, it is very open and modern. The beds were all very comfortable. The house was stocked with anything you would need. The area was the best. Very quiet and chill, lots of nice very small restaurants within a 5-10 min drive. Lots of expats in the area so surprisingly we spoke more English in the area than Spanish, or at least 50/50%. Ken who they have hired as their property manager is so incredible nice and welcoming. We felt right at home. He was very helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay great and get us to the airport at the end of the trip. The people in the area were so friendly we met tonnes of locals that we are still keeping in touch with. We stayed a mth in the area and the part in Chelem was by far our favorite. Wild flamingoes are everywhere, there are many many cenotes and pyramids to visit. It was nice to be in a quiet upscale area but close enough to progresso if we wanted a little more night life. You can arrange to have the local seafood bicycle drop off fresh seafood to cook in their huge kitchen. It is not a touristy area which made it very special, it was also very safe feeling. Not like any part of Mexico I've ever been to. Ryan was such a great host and gave us lots of tips of where to go and what to see. If you are planning a trip to Mexico, i would HIGHLY recommend you stay here. I promise you won't be disappointed it was amazing. We will be going back soon I am sure. Cheers, Treva ”
Where is it?
Quiet beach in between two small villages on the beach. Three to four sand streets with beach homes. Pristine beach house to get away from it all. Merida 30 minutes away has great cultural activities and restaurants.
