Please come and enjoy our splendid second home for your vacation. You too will love the laid back YUCATAN beach experience. Cool ocean breezes during the day and warm breezes during the evening. Palm trees and ocean views, a relaxing ambiance.
Situated in a quiet community of local’s summer vacation homes, in CHICXULUB PUERTO, a fishing village on the GULF of MEXICO. 50 yards (one lot)from the beach with just a few lone beach walkers and fishermen most of the year.
On site caretakers. Baby sitter. Laundry facilities. Computer and Hi speed Internet is available. Airport shuttle and guides. Car is recommended.
The Villa, 5,500 sf, 3 story, has three private and self contained floors. Each level has full kitchen, dining, living room, all combines into one superb Villa, perfect for family or group vacations.
Sleeps 10 in five en-suites. Two additional queen sofa beds. Air conditioners. POOL. Tastefully furnished with all the comforts of home, with far more space, amenities, and privacy than a cramped hotel. It can be rented as a single home for groups, or economically, couples or singles can take just one floor.

Mayan archaeological sites nearby. Dzibilchaltun 20 minutes, Xcambo 30 km, CHICHEN ITZA a 2 hours drive. Cancun, 4 hours.
Much to see and do. Endless days of sunshine, beaches, friendly people, fascinating culture, great food, very relaxing.
The Villa is a perfect base from which to explore Mayan ruins, Cenotes, Caves, Haciendas, Bird sanctuaries, Fishing villages, Antiquities, Beaches and culture of Yucatan.
Spanish speaking locals are very friendly polite and typically fun loving with great ties to family and friends.


More about us

  1. We are an active senior couple. Love traveling, ballroom dancing, cruises. Its our time, all the kids have gone. We are cruising. Our primary home is in Los Angeles, but we spend few months each year at this our second home in Mexico. We could be in residence on the top floor of the Villa and can host and advise on the area during your stay, but who knows, we might be traveling or cruising. Anie traveled with the US State Department for many years and is now a real estate agent/mentor in LA , semi retired and speaks 5 languages. Stan is a mechanical engineer educated in Birmingham England and retired as a Forensic Engineer and has sisters in England.

Where is it?


The Villa is ideally situated as a touring base. Nearby MERIDA, (20 miles), the capital city of Yucatan, is an older 1700's colonial town, with 900K population, with fine old buildings and boulevards lined with colorful flowering trees. Open air markets, malls, museums, shops, plazas, night life and many free cultural activities. 3 elegant theaters with mostly free events. Local buses, (two minute walk), every 15 minutes. Yucatan's capital city MERIDA, has an historic town center, many charming restaurants and outdoor dining. A wonderful Cathedral, the oldest on the North American mainland is worth a visit in the main plaza, where students and strolling musicians congregate at night. Many night clubs and activities, all within a few blocks. The Mayan Museum, places to shop and dine make this wonderful treasure of a city worth a visit. We are close to many Mayan archaeological sites, IE. Dzibilchaltun 20 minutes, Xcambo 30 km, CHICHEN ITZA is a 2 hours drive. CANCUN, 4 hours drive. Weather is always warm, and always a breeze at the beach.
Nice restaurants and theaters in PROGRESO and MERIDA. 10 km to a supermarket.
The State of Yucatan, abounds with Mayan sites. Impressive remnants of a once vibrant civilization. Roads are good. The Mexican Riviera, 4 hours drive to the east, with many attractions, extends 100 miles south of Cancun.
