Located in the (hip, clean, & famously safe) neighborhood of Condesa, at the heart of Mexico City. The apartment is up one flight of stairs, with two ice cream parlors, a café, and a convenience store below. There's a park just across the street and a bigger one two blocks over. Supermarkets are in easy walking distance, as is one of our favorite casual eateries, Tout Chocolat
Two bedrooms with a connecting terrace (laced with plants to provide privacy). Master bedroom has a king bed and 2nd bedroom, a queen.
A meditation room that can also be used as an office space.
Walk-in shower.
Three beautiful cats.
House is full of books in Spanish, French, & English.
Kitchen includes the full run cookware & dinning ware, as well as a coffee machine, food processor, and other convenience.
Washer, no drier but I have a place to hang clothes, or, there's hanging space at the:
Rooftop access (with nothing there other than an area for washing and a nice tree-top view of the park).
A stylish & sturdy bike is available for use.
A housekeeper visits weekly.

It is right on the Parque Espana and down the street from coffee shops, cafes and all of the restaurants that only Condesa and Roma can deliver.
