More about us

  1. I am still traveling on my own but soon I will be traveling next to my significant other.

  2. I work in the Diplomatic environment in Mexico City. I am working to change my career to full time Life Coach to transform people´s lives. Also I enjoy activities such as reading about human behaviour, traveling, running spartan races, spoiling my dog, doing yoga, trying to play piano again, and keeping my eyes wide open.

  3. People tend to describe me as a warmth person and I think home is a reflection of it.

Neighbourhood

In the 19th century, the Escandon neighborhood formed part of the Hacienda de la Condesa, being property of the family Escandon. It still preserves some of the constructions that were built on the first-half of the 20th century, particularly from architectural styles as: art decó, colonial Californian, and the neocolonial. Escandon is surrounded within walking distance from neighbourhoods such as Condesa, Roma, Nápoles, Del Valle, and 8 minutes driving to Polanco.

Escandon’s location turns it into a good location. Whether you come for pleasure or for businesses, its roads of access connect it with a considerable quantity of tourist attractions and centres of businesses.
The neighbourhood includes the system of metropolitan transport (or Metro), the Metrobús and Ecobici.

Buzzy restaurants
Merotoro, Bonito Popfood, Azul Condesa, Contramar, Huset, Bowie. Just to mention my favorites but there are plenty in the area. Also the apartment is 8 minutes away, by car from Polanco.
Cool bars
Gin Gin Roma, Wallace, Bowie... but you’d better walk and find all the endless choices!
Cozy cafés
The whole area is well known for having plenty of cafés.
Retail therapy
You might find a some unique stores, mainly with hipster accents.
Bit of culture
Near Museo de Antropología, Reforma Ave, Chapultepec Castle, near dowtown...
Walks in the park
Parque Mexico, Parque España and Parque Morelos
Spot of exercise
Parque Mexico, sometimes I run there from home ((around 1.5k) or to Chapultepec Castle (around 4k plus the way back 4k)
Day tripping
You might find meaningful ideas @ www.turibus.co.mx ... if you’ve never been to Mexico City. Our home is near to everything you need.
