Casa Nogales.

Our house is a two story with a roof top terrace. It is located on a quiet, dead end street with both a walled, front and back yard each with a mature pecan tree and lots of other greenery. The ground floor level has a one car garage and a guest bedroom with a private bathroom with shower/tub combo, a fully equipped kitchen, dinning room, living room, screened in porch, library, and guest half bath all wrapped around a large, central atrium containing a fountain and greenery. This atrium helps to bring light down to the lower level. Two large glass doors brings light in from the backyard which is equipped with a table and chairs, and lots of other, comfortable garden furniture. The garden is also equipped with a half bath. A third set of glass doors gives access to the screened porch. The second floor has another quest bedroom with an private bathroom with shower only, upstairs living room and a master bedroom with a large, private bathroom. Stairs lead from the upstairs living room to a third floor terrace with lots of outdoor furniture and a half bath.

There are four TV's throughout the house, all hook to Shaw satellite. A SeriusXM radio plays through the main house speaker system. A Bose radio/CD player uses the same speaker system. The TV in the upstairs living room is a smart TV and is hooked up to NetFlex.

We have house keeper who comes five days a week from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM while her husband functions as our handyman and gardener Thursday and Friday, also from 9:00 to 3:00 PM.
