Beautiful Seaside home! Enjoy yourself under a warm and beautiful mexican sun!

It is a beautiful big beach house with two levels. On the first level you will find the TV room, kitchen, living room and the main bedroom with a twin size bed and your own bathroom and on the outside of the room there is a lovely terrace with a beautiful seen of the golf course. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, each one with there own bathroom and two twin size beds in each room and there own private terrace.

All of our rooms have air conditioning. The property also has a little bedroom outside the house (on the backyard) with their private bathroom for the femme de menage.

The house has a TV room, dining room, big kitchen,studio with internet acces wifi, a garage for two cars, lovely terrace with a sitting room and a beautiful view to the golf course and it´s lake. we have a big front and back yard! You can see the sunset while enjoying some wine or margaritas.

We live in a really beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Great for long walks and riding your bicycle. The house is located in Ixtapa, and from a 15min walk to the beach. It is a great place to relax, and to come and have a great time with your family.

You can walk everywhere, it is a very safe neighborhood, and it is surrounded by trees and nature.

We are a very traditional family. Our kids don't live in this house anymore 'cause they're all grown up. But we've shared a lot of good memories in this house. I'm a Lawyer and I also run my own business.

We do not have pets, but I am keen to talk about the possibility of you bringing in yours.
