About our home

Our newly built house was finished in 2017, we have lived in the house a little over a year with our 2 kids. It is about 10 min from San Miguel de Allende centro, but has a shuttle service included that takes you into town whenever you want. San Miguel is full of cultural, gastronomic and entertainment experiences. Our lot has a large garden with fresh vegetable and a big patio terrance downstairs and upstairs, where you have a view of the mountains. House is 230 m2 and lot is 350m2, but you also have access to the green common area with 2 pools and a gym.
