Our house is located 15 minutes away from Malecon and Downtonw Puerto Vallarta.
10 minutes away from the closest beach. (Driving)
10 minutes away from the supermarket.
Close to restaurants, hospitals, movie theaters, parks, pharmacies, markets and banks.
15 minutes away from the airport.

Pool inside the house and in common area.
All rooms have balcony.
Rooms with high ceiling.
Neighborhood is quiet during all day.
Wake up early to enjoy the beautiful view on the east side of the house. (2 rooms).

Access to common area pool until 10 PM.
All house is open for use of our guests.
The neighborhood is calm all day.
House is big enough to keep noise inside the house, but we recommend to keep volume low after 9pm considering the house is inside a private space.
