Well this is my home in Mexico, my parents live there currently. We built it 5 years ago.
It is located in the city of Parral, Chihuahua, Mexico.
This is a small city 200,000 inhabitants, former mining town and with plenty of history. The colonial heritage is a vivid part of the city and if you heard of Pancho Villa well this is his town. Every summer there is a big motorcycle and horse parade along with a big festival in his honour. A lot of people from the US and other places join the parade every year.
3 hours driving south west you will enter the forest and the famous cooper canyon. 2 hour flight from Mexico City and 2 hour flight to Cabo. 4 hour flight get you to Cancun.
The house itself has 3 free rooms with walk in closets and huge washrooms and there is another house next to it if you feel like staying at a whole house for yourself. Since we are the only residents in the gated property you can feel totally relaxed and have bbq's, enjoy the front garden, a cup of tea, some tequila, etc.
I can lend you my car if you need it.
I would like to swap it for a beach house in Florianopolis for a short vacation or in general in the Brazilian coast line. Medellin, Malibu, Australia you name it.
