This is a gorgeous Mexican 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo on top floor (3rd). It is oceanfront and has a Robert Trent Jones Jr. golf course off the back. The interior is delightfully bright--decorated with Mexican art. The view from the deck overlooks the infinity pool to the beach and takes in the evening sunset.
To the south there is a turtle sanctuary that is interesting and then you can walk for miles picking up sand dollars and other curiosities. To the north you walk past a coconut plantation. There are two restaurants within the gated area, and a luxurious gym. The water is all purified by reverse osmosis.
In Villa Union, to the South, there is a famous family owned restaurant that you must try out.
In Mazatlan the historic district is preserved and they have a first Friday art walk and weekend the main square is closed to pedestrians so that everyone can enjoy music, food and crafts.
Other attractions include a jungle ride, a zip-line, world-class fishing, horseback riding, parasailing etc. And, Mazatlan is the shrimp capital of the world!
We are seniors in our 60s--going cycling in France in September.
We are two retired attorneys--our sons are grown.
We appreciate art, wine and good food!
