Sunny most of the year!! This is a second home/condo at Club del Sol Condominium complex. Non symultaneous exchange possible and even preferred. The complex surrounds a free-form pool with a shallow area for wading or sunbathing always kept clean as well as nice green areas; it has a relaxing view of the course and the island; it's also just a few blocks away from a major supermarket (15-20 min walk) where you can do your grocery shopping, or take the bus/taxi to downtown and other areas of Mazatlan.
30 minute walk or less to the beaches and restaurants. Public transportation inexpensive and nearby.
This is a 2-bedroom, 2-full bathroom unit on the 1st floor in a quiet corner of the pool area. Its size is about 1150 sq feet. It has a Queen-size bed in master bedroom, 2 twin beds in 2nd bedroom and one double size air mattress for a 5th person if needed, living and dining area, fully equiped kitchen, private laundry room and a terrace with table, chairs and gas bbq. Furniture is modern. 2 flat screen TV's (40" and 32") with satellite service, American channels, 1 DVD player, CD player with I pod dock station, alarm clock with radio, hair dryer, clean towels and linens, books, guides, wheeled shopping cart, Wi Fi available at condo just bring your laptop/iPad. This condominium is also a rental.
This condominium is located in El Cid Residencial area, private neighbourhood with controlled access . There's a club house with a restaurant, beauty salon, gym, tennis courts, basquetball court, etc.
Activities and attractions in Mazatlan:
-Fishing, kayaking and Sailing.

-Sightseeing and island Tours, catamaran rides.
-Cultural Events all year round.
-The world's third largest Carnival after Rio and new Orleands.

If you are interested in fishing, Mexico has great deep sea fishing and record catches. Mazatlan is also an original old Spanish town with a preserved Colonial section which includes old Mexican plazas, a restored opera house and modern restaurants sitting around hundreds year old squares and fountains.
We are a family of three, my husband works for IT industry, I'm a vacation rental home owner/manager. We have a 15 year old daughter. We are experienced exchangers. Done 8 so far.
