Spacious, sunny, clean and beautiful flat, located in the most famous and trendy neighborhood in Mexico City named "La Condesa" (feel free to Google) 3 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, other with a futon and a baby-bed and the studio with another futon, 2 bathrooms, large and vintage kitchen with adjoining dining room. Comfortable living room with a lovely terrace with a view to our street full of trees. The dining rooms is also very big and comfortable and the building has elevator and stairs (is in the third floor).
My husband Cesar and I (Ericka) work in advertising since more than 13 years, I work for a Global advertising company as account director and my husband is creative director for digital ad, we are in our late 30's, we have a three years old little girl who really behaves, also we enjoy to read and travel all over the world, we go to the movies every weekend. We love our home and spend quality time on it. Great wine, good food and very interesting books in French, English, German and Spanish are always available for our guests.
La Condesa is known as the Mexican Soho, is the most hip and exciting district of Mexico City, full of life, very secure place for visitors. You can find everything in here!!. Is located near to the Downtown and Polanco two of the most important and beautiful districts of the city. Our street is full of pubs, restaurants, boutiques, stores, markets, and nice people to spend time with. In La Condesa, you can find people from all over the world, is the district for publishers, movie directors, producers, photographers, advertising people (like my husband and I), models, artists, etc. Mexico City is very near from Acapulco, Cuernavaca, Tepoztlan, San Miguel de Allende, etc. the bus can take you a anywhere in a couple of hours in case you want to experience a week end in another place.
